THE CREW
At Inflate Works we take great pride in our crew and invest considerable time in training them. All crew undergo detailed, specialised training on not only the structures we work with but the expectations of our clients and the demanding environment that is the event industry. We understand our clients needs and we ensure our crew do too.
All projects are handled by a dedicated project manager who will work closely with the client through planning/design, logistics and install/de rig.
Our install crews are all headed up by an experienced and qualified ‘Technical Crew Chief’ who will lead the project on site. On some large or more complex installs, the ‘Project Manager’ may also to be on site to lead the crew. Our Crew Chiefs are highly trained, not only in event structures, but associated skills such as fork lift and telehandler driving. We spend extra time with our crew chiefs to establish a great depth of knowledge which proves invaluable when on site, especially when then unexpected nature of events throws a curve ball.
IW also spend time ensuring that all crew are perfectly drilled in the importance of site working and the safety aspects that are present on installs and de rigs. At IW we take Health and Safety seriously, all crew undergo a full induction and we pride ourselves in our ongoing H&S development.
As a part of our ongoing training, we ask clients for feedback on all staff that have been involved throughout the project and use this feedback to improve our training and ultimately our client service

We have the first range of award-winning AirClad structures for hire. These structures are the future of mobile modularity in building. They are perfect for building high-end events with contemporary fast architecture. These structures are engineered beyond the normal, offering the ability to be set up fast for events, but also being able to be installed for months or years with little maintenance.
We offer a comprehensive range of highly effective, lightweight, portable interior structures that appear to ‘pop-up’ from nowhere. Whether it be for ‘chill-out’ zones, additional meeting space, creating an inviting contemporary bar, or offering simple clear span coverage of stunning exhibition environments, our Pop Up range offers a solution to most needs.

In 1995 Nick Crosbie founded a design and production company called Inflate. This brand became the vehicle of an evolution of his ideas over the next 21 years which saw him initially designing and producing small household products, then developing trade shows and ultimately large outdoor event structures. The common thread through all these designs was inflatable technology. By the end of the 1990’s, there was a clear vision to create Inflate buildings.
TRAINING YOU
We also offer comprehensive training and back up for clients who have purchased structures from Inflate. This can be through training days at a clients premises or onsite training working with a client’s own crew. If you feel you would like the back up of one of our experts, IW can supply a technician to be onsite for your first install, or as many installs as you need. IW can also offer full technical support packages, so you are fully confident if you are planning on installing and maintaining the structures yourself.
